Parent Volunteers

Our pack would not exist without the families and friends of scouts who volunteer and make each event special. We always appreciate any help, big or small! Opportunities include but are not limited to:

• Den Leaders and Assistant Den Leaders

• Event Volunteers

• Fundraising

Youth Protection Training

Pack 224 requires all adults attending overnight trips to take the BSA online Youth Protection Training (YPT) (https://www.scouting.org/training/youth-protection/). Please send a copy of your certificate to the Pack email.

BALOO Training (Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation)

There have been several inquiries about helping out with camping. While we will take any help anyone can give to get ready for camping, the most important thing that we need to help out with camping are parents and leaders who are BALOO trained. If you are interested in BALOO training, please speak to your Den leader or other member of Pack leadership.
